NGT Controls, Inc. is a subsidiary of Nippon GT Corporation (Japan) , ISO 9001/14001 registered top manufacturer of bimetal thermostats. Our components are used in many appliance products, automotive products, medical products, HVAC equipment, refrigeration and de-icing products.

NGT Controls, Inc. has developed an "in-house policy." We believe that manufacturing our own parts in-house is a primary key to consistent reliability and assurance of high quality.

We have been supplying North America since 1984 and have earned a good quality and prompt delivery reputation.

All NIPPON GT products are created through our own development processes and high standards. Technical components are already known facts, but we constantly strive to improve the technical know-how through mastering assemblage. To attest to the reliability from objective viewpoints, we acquire international certifications such as ISO9001 / ISO14001, UL, VDE, and CSA. After qualified from such as Electrical Safety & Environment Technology Laboratories, we put our products out into the market.

3. Integrated System

For controlling quality contents, the key parts of our operations are in-house, not left to others. Over the years our employees build quality from the first rivet all the way through finished products. This is how NIPPON GT uses Integrated Systems to assure the consistently high quality to our customers. Our raw materials are purchased in large quantity from leading carefully selected global suppliers. Large consumption is at ease with integration of the components. We have ample supply of raw material inventory, so that we are able to produce prototypes and mass production rapidly.

It is not always that all materials and equipment are able to satisfy by utilizing only domestic products. NIPPON GT selects from the world's most reliable high quality sources. Also, NIPPON GT products are taken a proper care of application.
